Hector's Spirits is small-batch by design, not compromise. Every bottle begins with botanicals from Aotearoa's coastline — places that are wild, specific, and ours.
We didn't look overseas for what makes a great gin. We walked the shoreline. We found native sea kelp, manuka, thyme that grows where the land dips toward the water. These aren't chosen for novelty. They're chosen because they work.
The Hector's dolphin is as native to these waters as this gin is to this land. Fewer than 15,000 remain. We carry their name, and we take that seriously — partnering with the NZ Whale and Dolphin Trust to support their protection.
The bottle carries the coast in its shape. Sand ripples pressed into the glass. A scalloped base that echoes the shells on every New Zealand beach. A dolphin at the crown. This isn't decoration — it's documentation.

A cult favourite from our tasting house recipe vault. Platinum Ink Gin over ice with raspberry syrup and frozen berries, topped with wild raspberry tonic in a sherbet-rimmed goblet. Bright berry, coastal botanicals, a long cold finish.
Rim the goblet, stir gin, syrup and berries over ice, top with tonic. Nothing wasted.
Pour the Platinum Ink Gin. Watch the deep blue settle. Add premium tonic and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Watch it shift — ink blue to vivid pink in seconds. Pure chemistry. Worth doing twice.
